1. GET SOME FRESH AIR
You can travelling everywhere you want to go,such as go to the beach. You no need to thinking too much about your work 24 hours. Sometime we need to release our mind by doing some benefit activities. Beach is the one of place that can give us tranquility. We can go there with our family and can indirectly strengthen family relationship. Besides, we can travelling to another country that famous with its beauty such as Japan.We can around to their history city and could know more about their culturer.
2. TALK TO SOMEONE
You can talk to someone who you believe, about your problems either in work or in your relationship with friends. So that,you can release your tension. Family is the best person who are you can talk to and believe , because they are closer to us and are going through thick and thin with us.
3. PRATICING A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE
Sometimes we need to practicing a healthy lifestyle at least 3 times a week. We should jogging in the evening within 1 hour or more than that with our friends or family. It is good for our health.
